  • Device & Location Data: Our payment processors (Square) and business management tools (Jobber) may temporarily process location data to verify transaction security, prevent fraud, and optimize our technician dispatch routes.

Parts & Filter Supply (Drop-Shipping)

  • Wolseley Canada: For custom parts and filter drop-shipping services. We share your name and shipping address with Wolseley strictly to fulfill and deliver your equipment orders directly to your home.

Energy Assessments & Government Rebates

  • Enerwerx & Rebate Programs: If your installation qualifies for the Home Renovation Savings program (or similar provincial/federal energy efficiency grants), we may partner with Enerwerx to complete required heat load assessments. With your explicit consent, we will share necessary contact and equipment data with them and relevant program administrators to facilitate your rebate application.

International Data Transfers

Please note that our third-party cloud service providers host data on secure servers located in the United States. By using our services, your information may be transferred across borders and subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

  • Digital Signatures: When services are completed, you may be asked to provide a digital signature on a mobile device via Jobber or Square. This signature acts as your authorization for the completed work, billing authorization, and consent for processing transaction records.

Cookies, Memberships, and Retention
