If you are experiencing a total system breakdown, a major leak, or a dangerous climate issue outside of our normal business hours, our on-call team is ready to respond.
Before you request emergency service, please check the following:
Do you have propane?
Is the power on to the unit(s)?
Have you checked your thermostat batteries?
Is the furnace filter clear?
If you’ve answered yes to all of the above, please submit your details below. Emergency requests are dispatched in order of severity and priority (with immediate attention given to extreme temperatures and vulnerable households).
